Some Craft Shopping

I sold a few things in my Etsy shop recently (yeah!), so I thought that plus the fact that Valentine’s is on the way required that I do a little shopping myself. I have had the pictured Earthenwood Studios heart pendant for some time, and I thought since my mom now makes jewelry, she might like one too. So I got her one in jet and white (versus pewter and white, which is what I have). I thought that would make a neat little Valentine’s gift for her.

Then I headed over to Earthenwood’s Etsy shop and got a cute little pendant from her Afternoon Tea collection. Now I’m wondering, though, how I missed her new crackled heart pendants. Those look pretty cool too!

Welcome to the Crafty Princess Diaries, my weblog and site where I get to blab about my passion for crafts, primarily jewelry making, and my crafting career. My name is Tammy Powley, and I decided to call my blog the Crafty Princess Diaries because of this very dorky picture I have of myself and because my husband often refers to me as “the princess and the pea,” which is just another way to say that I tend to be particular sometimes. Along with this weblog, I have a number of jewelry making books published.

  1. What unusual and pretty hearts, Tammy. I love the crackle ones at Earthenwood too. What a perfect Valentine gift for your mom.
