After posting about my friend who was determined to go on a cruise with or without her husband and the fact that I was trying to find a themed cruise for her and ended finding some cool craft cruises, Kristal posted a comment on that post about a theme cruise she’s involved with. Rather than have her information buried in a comment, I thought it deserved a little more notice than that, so here goes:
Hey girls!
Do I have the answer to your cruisin’ prayers!
We are presenting the first Crystal Chix Cruise Nov. 10-15!
Lisa Pavelka, Laura Timmons and myself, Kristal Wick, (all celeb Swarovski designers and teachers) are teaching 5 days of non-stop crystal jewelry classes sponsored by Swarovski.
A bling girl’s paradise!
We leave out of San Diego with stops in Ensenada and Cabo San Lucas.
The goodie bags are worth more than you’ll pay to go on this soirée!
Come alone or bring a friend, it’s all good!
Check out my website for more info:

After getting in Kristal’s site, her information lead me to another, Art Across the Oceans. Along with more information about the Crystal Chix Cruise, it looks like the site has a soon-to-be-announced polymer clay cruise. If you are interested in cruising and crafting, then this site is one to keep an eye on. It looks like it isn’t totally complete yet, but they have a lot of things in the works from what I could tell.
Oh, and my friend? After her husband realized she was seriously planning to go solo, he changed his mind and decided he want to go too. Is that too cute or what?

Cruises are wonderful especially if one is able to do crafts, relax and eat too. One day, I’ll be on a cruise again when the kids are a tad older as I know my husband won’t let me go alone. I hope you’re able to go and you must tell us all about it too.
