Whether a novice or experienced artisan, CraftArtEdu.com brings the world’s most respected fine art and craft instructors into your home. Students choose from a growing library of more than 300 classes in jewelry, polymer clay, fiber, woodworking and fine art. Each class provides step-by-step tutorials, handouts, and feedback from the instructors.

“We’ve hand selected our instructors, many of whom are world renown. In the past, students would have to travel to a workshop or seminar to learn from our instructors, and pay for travel and lodging, too. Now, these world-class teachers are sharing their knowledge via CraftArtEdu.com. The content in our online classes provide the equivalent of at least a three- hour in-person class, with prompts, handouts and faculty interaction, all available 24/7 on your laptop or e-reader,” says David Pyle, CEO, CraftArtEdu.com.

Once you purchase a class, you can watch it at your leisure – start, stop and replay as needed. Each class you take is stored in your Class Library and you can go back days, weeks, even months later to watch the class again and again. Instructors are readily available to answer questions, and to provide personalized feedback. The average cost of a class is $28, with many available for less than $25. You can also sample a class from the collection of free tutorials.

Entries for “My Dream Jewelry Studio” sweepstakes must be received by September 30, 2012 at 11:59 pm ET. Be sure to read the official rules before entering.

Welcome to the Crafty Princess Diaries, my weblog and site where I get to blab about my passion for crafts, primarily jewelry making, and my crafting career. My name is Tammy Powley, and I decided to call my blog the Crafty Princess Diaries because of this very dorky picture I have of myself and because my husband often refers to me as “the princess and the pea,” which is just another way to say that I tend to be particular sometimes. Along with this weblog, I have a number of jewelry making books published.

  1. I have fallen in love with polymer clay recently, and if I won, I’d pick the Jellyfish Earring class by Bettina Welker (http://www.craftartedu.com/polymer-clay/bettina-welker-jellyfish-earrings). Cheers!

  2. I’d take Judith Durant’s Knitting with Beads class.

  3. Probably the mixed media canvas class, because that’s something I’m thinking about getting into. Or if there’s an art journaling class I just didn’t see, that would be the one. 🙂

  4. I would love the ritzy rings class!

  5. I have always wanted to take Margie Deeb’s Color Wheel Magic course

  6. I would love to take Teresa Sullivan’s snake eyes bracelet class! I love that this class is for every level.
I am a beginner but love to extend my knowledge and creativity. Thanks so much for the opportunity!

  7. I am interested in a polymer clay class. I was intrigued by the one that shows how to make interchangeable rings. Or the carve your own stamp class. Great giveaway. I enjoyed looking over the site. Enjoy the day. Erin

  8. I would LOVE to take the Pod class with the wonderful Donna Kato! I have wanted to learn that technique for a very long time.
Thank you for the giveaway offer!

  9. If I won I’d take any class Teresa Sullivan offers. I am such a fan!

  10. I would love Mosaic Chain Cuff Workshop By: Maggie Meister or Seed Bead Finishes and Color By: Margie Deeb Thanks for doing this!

  11. I’ve taken a couple of the metal clay classes and enjoyed them. Joy Funnell and Gordon Uyehara are great. It would be great to try another of their classes. Then again, I’d also like to try one of the polymer clay classes. So many classes, so little time! Thanks for the opportunity.
