Crochet Some Candy Corn

I found this crochet Candy Corn pillow project over at the Lion Brand Yarn site. Of course, like most of these vendor owned sites, you have to sign up for free membership, so if you follow the link I gave, you’ll be prompted to sign up or sign on.

This is a beginning level projects, so if you are pretty new to crochet, this looks like a good one to attempt. I can picture these on a bed or couch, very fun twist on decorating for Halloween….Which reminds me….I really need to get the few Halloween home decor items I’ve got out of the closet and out jazzing up the house.

Welcome to the Crafty Princess Diaries, my weblog and site where I get to blab about my passion for crafts, primarily jewelry making, and my crafting career. My name is Tammy Powley, and I decided to call my blog the Crafty Princess Diaries because of this very dorky picture I have of myself and because my husband often refers to me as “the princess and the pea,” which is just another way to say that I tend to be particular sometimes. Along with this weblog, I have a number of jewelry making books published.

  1. I love those – sent the link to your blog to my daughter who is just learning to crochet.

  2. Seems like a perfect project for a new crocheter.

  3. Now I’m gonna have to make a candy corn hat. Or just eat some candy corn. Hmmm…

  4. A hat is a cute idea. Plus, candy corn is something that’s usually around during the fall too, so you could wear it for Thanksgiving as well.
