Welcome to the Crafty Princess Diaries, my weblog and site where I get to blab about my passion for crafts, primarily jewelry making, and my crafting career. My name is Tammy Powley, and I decided to call my blog the Crafty Princess Diaries because of this very dorky picture I have of myself and because my husband often refers to me as βthe princess and the pea,β which is just another way to say that I tend to be particular sometimes.
Along with this weblog, I have a number of jewelry making books published.

My new favorite bracelet is one I bought at the State Fair – it’s a cuff bracelet made from an old metal ruler. I love repurposed items! Thanks for the giveaway.

My favorite bracelet is my Pandora bracelet. My friends gave me special beads for this bracelet when I became an American citizen. I have a flag, a baseball and a bit of sand from Fenway Park (which is where the ceremony was held). I’ve added a few more beads of some of my favroite things (like a penguin and Kermit the frog).
Nice blog to inspire me to make something new. Thanks.

Love the podcast! My favorite bracelet belonged to my grandmother and it was given to her by her brother. She used to let me try it on when I was a little girl, and when she passed away it became mine. I really treasure it and hope my daughter will do the same when it becomes hers.

I just loved all the cute things you are putting together for the baby box. My favorite bracelet was one I made after my mother passed away some years ago. I use to give my mother sterling bracelets with hearts on them so when the bracelets came back to me I decided to made a Remembering Mom bracelet using all those hearts. It is a simple chain where I have attached all the hearts and various green and pink beads. I get compliments all the time on that bracelet.

First off I’d like to thank everyone for the good wishes with my daughter’s pregnancy…we are so excited for our first grandchild.
2nd…great podcast! about the yarn…I am making a scarf with that nice yarn. It has a bunch of bright colors. In fact I noticed it matches the Thirtyone Bags you showed for my daughter’s nursery. The scarf is being made with a large hook. I’ll post about it when I’m done.
By the way, it was very nice to visit with my sisters and sit on the couch and crochet π

My favorite bracelet is a silver one my parents gave me years ago. I really should wear it more often.
