While I am still challenged when it comes to faces, I think this little crochet banana turned out pretty well. Every time I stitch an amigurumi project together, I am still amazed at how easy and fast it is!
Welcome to the Crafty Princess Diaries, my weblog and site where I get to blab about my passion for crafts, primarily jewelry making, and my crafting career. My name is Tammy Powley, and I decided to call my blog the Crafty Princess Diaries because of this very dorky picture I have of myself and because my husband often refers to me as βthe princess and the pea,β which is just another way to say that I tend to be particular sometimes.
Along with this weblog, I have a number of jewelry making books published.

Hey Tammy, Jake loves the banana! It has become one of his nesting items that he brings to bed with him when we tuck him in.

Thanks for letting me know, Barry. Such a cutie, I can picture him with all those toys around him.
Thanks to everyone for the compliments too!
