FixnZip Easy Zipper Fixes

I recently received some “Fix N Zip” products from CTF Enterprise. These are designed to fix zippers on any items such as shirts, pants, dresses, backpacks, heavy jackets, luggage, and much more. They show how to use them in this YouTube video:

Crafters, of course, will find these useful since we often add zippers to items we make. I know I have an old jacket around here somewhere that I didn’t want to get rid of but haven’t been able to wear in a while because of the zipper going bad. Now I can actually fix it and wear it!

Pendants with Rainbow Fused Glass

I made these fused glass pendants using three layers of glass, clear, rainbow, and clear. Then I drilled holes and added wire bales to a few of them. You could also glue on metal bales or create one using seed beads. They have a wonderful glow about them and would look great with your choice of beads or simply added to a silver chain.

They are part of the slashed de-stash and charity fund raiser going on in my Etsy shop right now.

Lampwork Earrings De-Stash

Are they too cute or what? The very talented DD Hess made the cute lampwork beads, and I just whipped them into a pair of earrings with some fiber and ear hooks. They are one of a number of finished hand-crafted jewelry pieces that are part of my crafting de-stash on my Etsy shop. I will donate 100% of the sales of these earrings (excluding shipping) to A Place to Bark.

Bead & Jewelry De-Stash Alert!

My jewelry and beading mojo has increased recently, and this has brought me to decide to revamp my Etsy shop yet again. First, however, I’m going to run a de-stashing through the rest of the month of February (2016) with 50% of sales (excluding shipping) going to a favorite charity of mine, A Place to Bark Dog Rescue, located in Portland, TN.

I reactivated a lot of old listing I had and slashed prices, and I’m going to dig through some of my stash to see what else I can add to the mix. However, the shop is open and full right now. Beaders and jewelry designers will find various jewelry making supplies on sale, and I also have a few finished jewelry pieces in there as well.

Once the shop is cleared out, look for my new shop that will have a shiny, new banner and all new jewelry and a few supplies as well.
